At 24 years old, Hayley Flodquist is keeping busy as a wife and mommy raising two adorable girls-- 5-month old Ryan and 2 year old Emma, and managing her blog, Hey, it's Hayley.

The young stay-at-home mom is also an amateur photographer who considers herself "that mom" that takes pictures of her babies at every possible opportunity (we get it mama, we do it too).

Hayley has partnered with retail giant Target and become a blogger affiliate. Plus, she's showing us how to make arts & crafts like super cute DIY 4th of July Mason Jar Flower Vases.

Wow, Mom! You're so young and so cool. We can't wait to see your empire by the time you're 34!

What inspired you to become a blogger?

My biggest inspiration to become a blogger was becoming a Mommy. There are so many different parenting styles or fun things you can do with your little ones so I wanted to share my ideas and experiences with other moms.

What is your proudest Mommy Blogger Moment?

Honestly, my proudest Mommy Blogger moment was when I published my first blog post. It's scary putting yourself out there not knowing if anyone is going to like what you share.

What's your favorite place to take the kids in LA?

The Beach or Disneyland, I'm a big Disney lover so when I get the chance to take the kids it is the best!

What's your favorite LA hang out without the kids?

I love being at home with my kids & hubby so it's rare that we head out without them but I one thing I really love is going to The LA Kings Hockey Games at the Staples Center.

What's your best motherhood advice?

I saw a quote somewhere that said "Let them be little, cause there only that way for a while" and I find myself thinking about this multiple times a day. When I'm having a bad day; Whether it's Ryan being fussy from teething or the house is a disaster with toys and Emma is throwing her food to feed the dog.. I try to remember that when they are grown I'm going to miss these days, even the bad ones. So the best advice I have is to just enjoy them being little; every mess, every cuddle, when they want in your bed at night, or want you to play along instead of fold laundry.. do it. They won't always want the things they do when they're young and time goes too fast not to enjoy the little things.
